William Hildebrand and John Dulina, Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) Regional Liaison Officers in the state of Maryland, look over portable, emergency lighting at Warfield Air National Guard Base in Baltimore, December 5th. They were there to learn about the Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) operated by the Maryland Air National for Federal Emergency Management Area (FEMA) Region III. Airmen from 175th Wing Emergency Management section have the ability to deploy a command and control vehicle when local, state or federal agencies request the assistance of the National Guard.
