Staff Sgt. Robert Cunningham, 175th Security Forces Squadron, Maryland Air National Guard, stands near his patrol vehicle with his weapon slung from his shoulder. He is a traditional member of the Maryland Air National Guard for the past 2 years. The 40 year old also spent 3 years with the Rhode Island Air National Guard and 4 years on active duty.
