Rosette Placed
A rosette now appears next to Tech. Sgt. Leonard Ray's name at the Henri-Chapelle Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium, signifying he is no longer missing in action. The rosette was placed during a ceremony held Feb. 20, 2009. Sergeant Ray was a member of the Maryland National Guard whose plane was shot down during World War II.
