Emergency Support Function
Chief Master Sgt. Phyllis Aubrey, 175th Force Support Squadron, Maryland Air National Guard, updates a personnel status board in the Emergency Management Center/Mayor’s Cell during Exercise Vigilant Guard at Warfield Air National Guard Base, Baltimore, Md., Nov. 6, 2010. Chief Aubrey served as a member of the Emergency Support Function that ensured that the over 300 Guard members who were in-processing had housing and meals.
